SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

GloDi e-shop delivers goods worldwide.
 

Orders are delivered with Estonian Post -Express Mail Service. Orders will be delivered to you by courier.

 

Fees for delivery:

Delivery fee 29 EUR.

FREE DELIVERY on orders over 400 EUR.

 

Order processing dates
Your order will be processed and shipped within 7 working days. After shipping your order you will receive an e-mail with barcode to track and trac your order -www.track-trace.com/my.

Arrival periods:

European Union Countries, United States of America,  - 2-7 days

Russia, Ukrain - 10-15 days

All other countries - 5-15 days

TAXES AND DUTIES

Items shipped inside EU Union, United States of America, Russia and Ukrain all include taxes, duties and import fees.

Orders to all other countries might include taxes, duties and import fees which are country specific and are not covered by GloDi. This fees are at the sole responibility of the costumer.

 

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Our product range is constantly updated. If happens, that product availability ends before updating, we'll contact you immediately and offer you replacement or cancel the partial/full order. If the partial/full order is cancelled due to termination of availability of goods, the money will be returned to you within 5 working days.

RETURN OF PRODUCTS​
You can return the goods within 14 days of receipt of goods.
Returned goods must be in original packaging, unused and undamaged (also labels).
Custom made orders are not returnable.

The postal fees for the return of the item shall be incurred by the Customer. 
Refunds will be issued for properly returned items within 5 working days after we have received the goods. Shipping cost are not refundable.

WARRANTY
We provide a warranty of 2 years in the event of the items’ non-conformity or defects as of the delivery of the items to the Customer.
Upon discovering a non-conformity or defect, please inform us immediately by e-mail: info@glodi.eu. The prerequisite of returning an item is the invoice. In the event of the non-conformity or defect of an item, you are entitled to demand the replacement of the item with a defect-free item that corresponds to requirements or return the item in our cost. Upon returning an item in the event of non-conformity, the sum paid for the item, including delivery costs, will be returned to you within at least 30 days as of the return of the item.

Warranty does not apply if item has deteriorated/been damaged by the fault of the Customer;
- The defects have emerged due to non-intended use, including failure to follow maintenance instructions;
- The item has deteriorated due to natural wear and tear resulting from ordinary use.

OTHER CONDITIONS
The data regarding the Customers and their orders preserved in the ordering environment of the e-store are treated as confidential information and shall not be disclosed the acquired data to third parties.

GloDi reserves the right to change the general terms and conditions of the e-shop as well as the prices of products and services. Changes shall take effect from the moment of their appearance in E-Shop.
